Booking Process

All bookings made through this website are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Cancellation Policy

If a booking is cancelled before 8 hours of the scheduled trip, the amount will not be refunded.

Waiting Time

For airport transfers, a waiting time of 45 minutes is included in the booking. If you wait for more than 20 minutes beyond the scheduled pickup time, an extra charge of 20£ pounds will be added for every additional 20 minutes you wait.

Meet and Greet

A meet and greet service is available for an additional charge of 40£ pounds.

No Show Policy

If the passenger does not show up within 15 minutes for a normal cab outside the airport, the ride will be considered
cleared.

Payment

All payments are required to be made in advance through the available payment methods. Cash payment is not accepted.

Baby Seat

A baby seat can be provided upon request for an additional charge of 10£ pounds.
